I have been working in a training providing company for almost 2 years now, doing various tasks like, designing annual training plans and program outlines, working with trainers on training manuals, coordinating with the logistics and arrangements of the event (both public and in-house), etc...
I have decided on starting a new career in HR (training or otherwise), but I have only a high-school diploma.
Could someone guide me on what short-courses/certifications I can do to land myself a good job and a good career in HR? I live in the Middle East...
